Shipping
To return your product, you should e-mail us at denise.senneca.uk@gmail.com .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Your Delivery & Return
How do we prepare for delivery?
Your beautiful piece of art will be carefully packed in a cardboard tube as seen in the picture above, sealed, and dispatched to your address as filled at the checkout.
What do we charge for delivery?
– UK : we charge £3.99 per item for the delivery.
– Europe : we charge £5.99 per item for the delivery;
Where do we deliver?
We deliver in the UK & Europe at the moment. Extra safety measurements are in place to ensure your safety due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Delivery Time
Your parcel is expected to be delivered within 1 week for the UK and up to 3 weeks to Europe, once your order has been dispatched.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
Refund & contact
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
